Winery’s aren’t super common here in Illinois so was stoked to shoot a wedding at Providence Vineyard. A new light & bright trendy yet classic venue that’s surrounded by its lush vineyard. And yes, we tried the grapes. And yes, they were delish.

Every detail of this wedding could have been straight from the inspiration board of Pinterest it was so beautiful! But truly even more beautiful is their relationship. You can have the most beautiful wedding in the world, but without love, it's nothing. Luke & Ellen, you remind me in ways of my husband and I's relationship. We married young. And in the world's eyes, settling down with one person for a lifetime commitment may not be thing of choice. We both know that you guys were so literally created for each other. How beautiful that God has revealed that one person so soon in your lives. Some say, you grow so much as a person in those young years, you don't know what you're getting (or getting into). From my nearly 16 years of being married, I can say that are right; at least in part. You don't know what you don't know yet. And yes, you both will grow tremendously as individuals in the coming years & decades. But as believers, that's not a scary thing. That's something we actually strive for. To grow personally, and together.

There will be moments and perhaps even chapters of your marriage that won't be Pintrest worthy. Stay the course. Remain rooted. And the most beautiful image of true life will spring forth. Can't wait to see what the future holds for you guys!
