BENTON HARBOR MICHIGAN WEDDING AT THE BOARDWALK: MELISSA MARIE PHOTOGRAPHY: BOBBY + CLAIRE

It’s been a season of pure Michigan for me. From a family trip camping the coast of Michigan all the way up to Mackinaw, to recent weddings. From pristine sandy shorelines, historic lighthouses, water as blue as the Caribbean, and epic beach town coffee shops, the state won me over more and more with each little town we ventured. Sp by the time I got home to then venture back out to the coast yet again but this time for a wedding at The Boardwalk in Benton Harbor felt like returning to the sweetest of summer memories. That was my inspo for this one.

I've worked with the bride in the wedding industry, (she's truly one of the great ones!) so I knew she had the vision and plan on lock but what I wanted for her was the opportunity to relive the nostalgia of her own big day, time and time again through her wedding images.
