It's been a trend for brides to a secret dress change at the reception. It often is a cutie cocktail dress. I've even seen it where they literally chopped off the actual dress with scissors. But my bride Amy...She's onto something. Pajamas! It wasn't a planned out, this is what I'm gonna do, and this will be some sorta reveal, but nah, she just wanted to be comfortable. So back in her getting ready jams she went. Brilliant! I asked Amy what she wanted to look & feel like on her wedding day? She said:

"I just want to feel comfortable and look like myself. I want to be able to celebrate and drink and dance the night away."

How fitting is that? I will say... The dance party went into high gear when the PJ's got on.

We've all heard it said: "Look the part." I think brides do that well with their dresses. i.e. romantic, sexy, timeless, or in Amy's case, elegant and classy. But totally makes sense to carry that through the party of your day. You're ahead of your time Amy. I think you're onto something!
