EVENTS AT INDEPENDENCE GROVE LIBERTYVILLE: ERIC + MICHELLE:

You ever stop to think how your life may be different if you made a different choice? If you went to a different school...If you didn't apply for that job...or....if you didn't go on that first date?With it being Valentines Day, I'm sure many couples are reminiscing on how it all began. Well, for Eric & Michelle, it almost didn't Michelle almost didn't show to their first date because it was too cold out. (She's obviously glad she did!) But I'd bet my morning coffee (which is a big wager if you know me) that their wedding day was even colder! By a lot! Guys...It was FREEZING! I get it. It's winter in Chicago, of course it's cold. But this was next level. But they, and their amazing bridal party just rolled with it! So on a day where we take a moment to say and show a little appreciate for those we love, I hope these images are forever a reminder for you guys that one by one the decisions that may seem the riskiest have paid off in some of the most amazing ways. You against the warmth of judgement, did go on the first date. And during the day of our engagement photos we had a storm that I kinda no joke thought would be the end of me and my car. But you went through with it, and we got to capture your first days in your brand new home. (Amidst moving boxes and Portillos take-out on the floor) There were circumstances that you know of that happened before the wedding (outside of your control) that could have changed plans. But you moved forward together; Celebrating. Loving. Honoring. So I think this crazy winter wind storm was fitting in many ways. You took it like you do so many things in life: head on. Finding someone that will not only encourage you to take on life's risks, but be there by you're side kicking down the closed doors along the way. No that's love.
